GVS is the largest UK manufacturer of HEPA filters. The acquisition of Nationwide and Remploy Filters in December 2012 further extended GVS's capabilities in the field of HEPA design and manufacture for clean rooms and other critical areas.
HEPA and ULPA filters are used in areas where extremely high levels of cleanliness are required. They can be used in AHUs or fitted into terminal housings located in the ceiling of a room.
HEPA filters are also used in laminar flow benches, fume cupboards and safety cabinets to provide protection much closer to those working in the area. GVS also offer Safe Change Housing Systems which protect technicians from the contaminants on the used filter during the filter change.
